Baby’s Nuts and Dates Oatmeal

By Chioma 2 Comments

nuts and dates oatmeal

Sweet and nutty, loaded with nutrients, baby’s nuts and dates oatmeal is made with fibre-rich oats flour, cashew nuts, dates and peanut butter. Groundnuts as we call it and other nuts are perfectly okay to give to babies from 6 months as long as there is no allergy history in your family. Also it should be blended well before giving to baby.

Remember to start weaning with single ingredients and fruits and vegetables like carrot, apple, pear etc before combining and offering combination recipes like this.

You are very welcome Olivia. Normal plain oats is ok…just grind it into powder. Keep an eye on my Youtube channel for this.
